We are excited to have you join us for a tasting, celebration, group outing or a private event. To better accommodate all of our customers, we use the following guidelines:
- By requesting reservations we are able to provide your group better service, and they are highly recommended on weekends.
- We do require a tasting reservation for parties of 6 or more, to ensure that we can provide adequate staffing and seating for your group. This can be booked on our website at arrowheadcreekvineyard.com/TastingRoom.
- Walk-in guests are always welcome, and we are happy to accommodate you with glasses or bottles of wine, but tastings may only be available if staff and seating are available.
- We ask that late arrivals of 15 minutes or more contact us prior to the reservation time in order to ensure we have the space to serve your group within the new time frame.
- Reservations must be for your full group, at $25 for each person tasting.
- The minimum purchase is a tasting, glass, or bottle.
- You can cancel or change the number of people on your reservation with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24-hour notice is considered a no-show. Please understand we incur extra costs when planning for your larger party. No-shows will be charged to the card on file at a rate of $25 per person on the reservation. It may be possible for management to consider a full or partial credit based on the circumstances but are at the sole discretion of the vineyard.
